Cafe La Fortuna

Independent gourmet coffee shops have great potential but face significant competition in the marketplace. Squeezed by low end coffee chains and high end national coffee brands on every corner, they must carve out a niche and develop a devoted following to be remain relevant.

We created content for both the existing walk-in clientele to help explain and upset their products, as well as initiated a series of campaigns across social channels to create a compelling reason to visit the store. Month over month sales are up and growing steadily.

CHALLENGE

The coffee shop had very little effective marketing material, and was struggling to communicate its value and products to potential customers.

SOLUTION

With so little marketing collateral, and a limited budget, we decided to start with areas of biggest potential. We developed memorable, captivating visual stories that position the coffee shop brand as an upscale eatery and a highly desirable all-day destination. The videos play in-store and are released on social media channels to grow a local audience through organic growth.

RESULTS

Month-over-month sales are growing steadily and feedback has been very positive, both easily attributed to the storytelling efforts.
